You May Have a Case If...

01

Your insurance claim was denied, or the other party refuses responsibility

Insurance companies and at-fault parties often deny valid claims to avoid paying what they owe.

02

The offer you received doesn’t come close to covering your loss

Low settlement offers are common, whether it’s property repairs or medical treatment after an injury.

03

The insurer keeps delaying or requesting the same documents

Repeated delays and paperwork requests are often tactics used to frustrate claimants into giving up.

04

Your adjuster keeps changing or stops responding

Lack of communication and shifting adjusters can be signs your claim isn’t being handled fairly.

05

New damage or injuries appeared after the claim or accident

Hidden property damage and delayed injury symptoms are common and may still be covered.

06

You’re being blamed for “wear and tear,” pre-existing injury, or shared fault

These arguments are frequently used to reduce or deny compensation, even when evidence says otherwise.
